WHAT’S ON AT THE CAWDOR PATCH
Our flagship autumn experience returns every October with thousands of pumpkins to choose from, across 12 dates this year.
Nestled in the heritage village of Cawdor, we’ve got acres of stunning farm and woodland bursting with every type of pumpkin you can imagine - warty ones, black ones, stripy ones, spotty ones, yellow, green, white… and of course plenty of your classic orange beauties.
A brilliant day out for the whole family - including your furry friends!
As well as pumpkin picking, we’ve got a bale mountain, adventure play area, woodland walk with riddles and trickery, highland coos, guest tractor appearances, lots of photo opportunities, and much much more.

The Traitors have infiltrated. They're already among you...
Your mission is simple: hidden across the ancient grounds of Kilravock Castle are riddles, clues and secrets waiting to be uncovered. Work together to solve them before time runs out.
But every decision matters. As suspicion grows, accusations begin. Who can you trust? Will you banish the right people... or hand the game - and the prize fund - to the Traitors?
Welcome to The Kilravock Heist – a fully hosted outdoor experience combining teamwork, strategy, problem-solving and deception in one unforgettable adventure, set within the spectacular grounds of Kilravock Castle.
Perfect for friend & family groups, celebrations, stag & hen weekends, & team-building days.
Available all year round
WELLBEING IS NATURE
We believe that wellbeing begins with being outdoors. With fresh air, open space, muddy boots, rosy cheeks and time to slow down and simply enjoy being outside. Our pumpkin patch was created as a place for children and grown-ups alike to explore, play, get a little muddy and reconnect with the natural world. Because we believe that when we spend time in nature, we feel better for it — and that there’s something rather special about getting back to the simple things.

FAQs
-
To ensure everybody gets the best experience possible and to help us manage the flow of traffic and people, we prefer a booking.
-
Parking is included in your ticket
-
For the first three years, entry to the pumpkin patch was free - with visitors able to purchase additional tickets for experiences such as the Play Patch, Woodland Trail and our word and scavenger hunt games.
This year, we're doing things a little differently.
We've decided to simplify the Cawdor Pumpkin Patch experience so that one ticket gives you access to everything the Pumpkin Patch has to offer. 🎃
Rather than having a free entry ticket and then asking visitors to choose and pay for additional experiences, your Pumpkin Patch ticket now includes access to the Play Patch, Woodland Trail and our games and activities.
We felt this was a much better way to do things. It means one ticket, one price. All you need money for on the day is pumpkins and anything you wish to buy from our cafe.
As Cawdor Pumpkin Patch has grown, we've also invested heavily in the experience, our facilities and the site, including being able to offer some hard-standing parking. To continue delivering the Pumpkin Patch at the standard we want - and to keep investing in making it bigger and better - we need a simple and sustainable ticketing model.
So, while charging for entry is a change, we hope you'll see the value in having access to all our areas included in your ticket.
We're really excited about this year's Pumpkin Patch and everything we've got planned. 🎃🍂
